Sorry I had interpreted what he said like everyone else reading it is that the poster expected to be crystalizing their tax loss into .004 prior to the end of June. Anyway I thought I'd help them out via offering .6 liquidity. Nothing came out. But as you said they are actually buyers, not sellers. Confused? Yes I am.
