IPB chart indicates its just waiting for a catalyst now. Gone into low volume consol mode here till next big thing
Buyers waiting at 1 cents hoping for a loose hand impatient dump, but cant see it happening, especially considering specs in general copping a hiding yet IPB not even moving, shows the strength in the registry here
