For what it is worth, my interesting points from the quarterly:
* I'd assume the approved extension of permit allows for discussions with new 'funders' as you would think no one would consider funding if the permit was doubtful
'IPB has progressed a funding strategy with a new potential funder'
* No direct or indirect mention of Quay at all
* Spent very little over the quarter, $63k.
* Cash balance $1,341k
