Doubt they raise without a new project and I reckon 0.9c would be the floor price in the event of, hopefully higher but sometimes you have to give something to get something in this game.
PP loaded up and cleaned it up 0.9c+.
TPD did multiple consecutive raises at same price under Chieftain before final raise on the Walyering option. Allocate and manage the register properly. Fair game. IPB are 2 raises down + RI at 0.9c thus far.
