You repeating an idea without evidence or logic doesn't progress this, especially when the science has assessed this and shown you are wrong.
The models are fine.
And there will always be some height in the atmosphere at which the lapse rate means temps fall, with altitude, to the black body equivalent temperature of the earth. This is no revelation or surprise.
You're beating up a storm in a teacup and splashing a lot of water everywhere. But you're not making any sense.
The difference between black body temperature and surface temperatures is due to the greenhouse effect, emissivity and albedo. This is pretty basic science. If you are disputing that there is no hope for you.
