    'The sun creates our weather and climate', you say. Nothing to do with the atmosphere, rotation and tilt of the planet, et al. All of which the science deals with.

    Just the sun, eh, jopo. I mean the moon gets sun. Must be fantastic up there.

    The greenhouse effect, aka atmospheric re-radiation and back radiation to the planet, is a theoretically expected, observed and measured phenomena.

    That you are surprised how significant it is, doesn't surprise me.

    It's as obvious as the difference between the earth and the moon. But somehow you manage not to accept it's significance.
