Does the report go into any detail on how this new magical ability of the oceans came about?
It just doesn't make sense. Warming oceans give of CO2 the same way soda does. If the oceans are warming [there is vast amounts of water in them] then the CO2 given off would be enormous. Why are we worried about our own emissions?
Warming PRECEDES rising CO2 by a century or so. The sceptics have always said this.
