Africans deserve the right to energy such as gas which is far better than clearing fragile semi-arid desolate land to boil filthy water.

I simply can not believe the double standards shown here by a poster who champions himself as a human rights activist.
Would he deny this also for our outback indigenous communities. NO! He would be first to carry on how they live in poor conditions.
