Bob Bales, Chief Executive Officer In 1989, Bob Bales co-founded the National Computer Security Association, which later became Cybertrust. In 2000, he co-founded PestPatrol, Inc., the first commercial anti-spyware company, which he grew to a multi-million dollar company and sold to Computer Associates (now CA, Inc.) in 2004.
