There have been about 100m shares traded since the board spill declaration, about 10 weeks, 2m shares av. / day, about 5% of SoI. Even if all shares would have been absorbed by a suitor it wouldn't be enough to declare a t/o unless it was done by an existing large sh or sh-group.
We will see. I would accept 30c / share but LTers wouldn't be happy with that for sure.
