What's going on?
A snapshot of time. Not the only possibility. Lines up with end of month Q1.
IMHO I don't think IPD would be given a TO offer atm even if the price where to go lower. Still too much execution risk/unknowns for the buyer, recent SH activity suggests to me that large SH will not sell cheap(give the company away). Takeover is the worst-case scenario, and the least likely scenario.
3-5 years of great/good execution gets you unbelievable growth, Thats what I want.
