I am not a chartist but I don't think those can be applied atm. If I sell some of mine down to 8c or buy all up to 11c I would cause a lot of "chart-stir". If one holder can easily influence the chart regarding the BBs, and short term EMAs then it would be difficult to put some credibility on them.
Just my opinion.
