    Let me save you the trouble -

    Strong Governance - hmm
    Strategies to maximise shareholder value - hmmmm
    Cost Management - well what do you know - that is one for the new board - although the cost to get there has been high for very little ongoing savings AND the cost to moral has been HIGH.
    Profitable Growth - hmmm

    and my personal favourite - clear communication
