think about it - you want and justify the share price at its lows even prior to the spill it was up at 20 cents

where would you prefer the share price to be ?

me well I'm 20 cents investor - so ask yourself why isn't it at 20 cents ?
the answer is "the spill" and the current management amateur sales (focused on sales opportunités not actual sales - in a monopoly) communications and management
