I come across as arrogant but I have the biggest mouth when it comes to poor sales performance when selling the best product in the market, having no competition and huge demand and huge benefits for patients and governments.
If the new guys can't sell then they would be useless like the old ones. If the sales numbers disappoint, give me a go. I will deliver and at worst I won't disappoint more than the current sales team.
