No to mention the "Interim" nature of the CEO and CFO.
Unsure what this particular negotiation entails or why it is taking so long, but to my mind, the longer they remain "Interim" the less likely they are to become "Permanent".
And despite the 6-12 month delay from any more changes, at this stage and based upon the last six months, who knows if that would be a good or a bad thing in the long run.
