Austin & Co, everyone has the right to apply to be appointed to the board. I did and had an " interview " with the chair in November'24. Despite not meeting some of the income / tax criteria I was still invited to start the process. As you guys seem to know it all, why don't you enlighten the board with your wisdom and tell them directly what you think about them and how they must run the business. You are gurus, heroes and superpowers, you certainly will correct them straight, won't you? I did and got a much better understanding of how things work. So, instead of hiding behind a username and spreading your dislike here, why not telling the "evil people in charge" directly? Ah, no courage and no idea either, of course.
