Proof = profitability, which the company is a long way from still. That's just an indisputable fact. It may achieve that, it may not. The jury's still out on that.
Even if they do, the share count has exploded thanks to the ill-timed CR you're talking about, so on a per share basis, they have to run hard to accrue value for shareholders.
