Might do, but what is certain is a new high has been printed today on appreciable volume and on news. There may be some tug of war to close the gap in the coming days. If 18c holds, and MACD subsequently makes a cross above the axis line, along with a 5/13 EMA crossover; then next leg is fairly certain imo. Still a bit early at the moment, technically, but I felt this is it.
The problem imo is the general market conditions, IPD stayed above CR price even throughout the recent market correction.
