    Excuse my ignorance, have only just started looking at CTP .... but does IPL's GSA with PWC (announced yesterday) suggest that CTP has been shifted to the bottom of the gas supply list? And is this the reason why RC is not happy with the smaller diameter NEGI pipe, as it means his gas will not find a meaningful market until the IPL-PWC deal expires at the end of the next decade?
