Lets not give up hope have just read Incvitec Pivots open briefing. Ive cut and pasted last paragraph for reading.

" The second feasibility study in progress is on the construction of a world scale
ammonia plant in the US. The project is strategically compelling as it would take our
explosives business back to low cost US gas economics. The project is on a
brownfield chemical complex site. The site currently has several downstream plants
operating and one of those would off-take ammonia from the plant. In addition, it
has a capital advantage as the infrastructure for an ammonia plant already exists, as
well as some key licences. We’re spending around US$30 million on the feasibility
study, and progressing through the regulatory approval process. We’d expect to
make an investment decision in the first half of the 2013 calendar year."
