I have an idea
Mike Scott should organise with BPT or STU a TO over bid for COE at 1.5 dollars per share, conditional on them receiving 99.99% of shares, oil not fluctuating more than 1 dollar per night, with a bidders statement to be released in Jan 09. This would value IPM somewhere closer to their "real value" and IPM shareholders will be happy to accett the COE bid LOL
