Looks like IPMs latest announcement is the biggest clutch Ive ever seen in history. Cause cooper can't get 90% they honestly are trying to convince themselves and cooper that the takeover is dead. What a laugh. Mccann has grand plans for this company organicly Auto like putting up another tooth fairy buyback of 1,000,0000 at $1. How many has the company bought lately. A lot less then coopers supposedly insulting offer LOL. How many shares has KPMG employees purchased lately. It should be the hot tip around their offices. Oh but they pay unfranked dividends taxed equivilant capital ganis to shares owned for less then 12 months and bank interest. Mccann is going to another capital raising to triple the dividend.
Honestly IPM days are numbered and they know it. Like cooper are going to walk away because of some letter saing 13% are staying loyal so go away.
