I share the same sentiment as Noid having purchased shares in companies founded and run by both gino and Russel. After experiencing a lot of overpromising, under delivering and neglect of the company and poor communication I would suggest veering away from 3G coal. Both are great at creating hype initially and dissaparing once they’ve raised their capital - and the slow erosion of yours and shareholders. If you’re interested despite the warnings, please do your due diligence on the directors.
