Hopefully the fact that a lot of shareholders currently can't trade (apparently including the BOT) hasn't been misinterpreted as no sellers by whoever pushed the Share Price up by 30c to $2.95 on very low volume.
On the other hand, they may be well informed and, IMO, will do well longer term buying at these prices.
