roughly:
5/10 heard about Adore Beauty
from those 5:
4/5 actually use it and they all have positive shopping experience: fast delivery, good product variety and plenty of samples and freebies, good price (trading off margin for rapid expansion I guess)
and of course, there is always room for improvement.
very encouraging result
I personally think this is a good raw data sample and a meaningful leading indicator. DYOR and GLTA.
