I will use this post to also inmdicate to that poster some time back who said that the owners were probably just going public to get their money out of the business before abandoning it. This could only be said by someone who has just not read the terms of the prospectus fully. The owners shares are escrowed for 12 months and those who participated in the convertible note issue prior to the listing also have half of their holdings escrowed for 6 mos. The lead brokers staff who may have participated in the note issue would also be under the same terms or even more strict. That would hardly indicate that the owners were just trying to get their money out. IMO these owners (now major shareholders) are in for the long term and trying to grow their business and this was the best way of obtaining the funding.
