This is one of the most attractive IPOs that I've seen run across here in a long time. To combine that level of growth, at that size, and deliver that level of EBITDA... Has there been any IPO in the last few years of a sub-$10m revenue company that has matched that level of growth + profitability? (And at such a low EV?)
The only apparent drawback, is that very little of the raise is going towards growth/acquisitions.
