How does it "look" cheap to you?
Their direct competitor, hipages HPG, is currently trading at the enterprise value/revenue of 4.61. ART is commanding double of that!
Note also that KGN and TPW are currently trading at 2.07 and 4.53 EV/R ratio, yet they are also scalable businesses, but also leaders and profit making businesses,
