I suppose the decision comes back to how much leverage we want in the new People Telecom - if we want more, dont accept the offer, less we do accept the offer.
Ringing the company for clarrfication was a novel experience. The poor receptionist tried to put me through to someone after I asked for "Investor Relations" but they said they weren't interested in answering those type of questions as it was in the prospectus. Maybe it was too, but i didnt find it on first read through and i expected a bit of help. Usually companies have been very helpful to their investors when you ring. I guess thats the new PTL.
