If you haven't found out already by now MACA denied a lot of the applications for the IPO. Most likely yours was one of them (as was mine). They didn't offer a lot of shares, they offered them cheap and a lot went to insiders so most of us got screwed. Pissed me off considering we could have made 43% on the opening day.
Having said that, I bought in on the second day (they started trading on the 3rd). Normally I wouldn't but MLD is still trading below its intrinsic value and imo will have a good run. Have a look at FGE, MIN, MND, MCE... the mining services sector is doing very well because of the resources boom. Picks & shovels are the way to go!
