Spoke with novus. The intermediary between novus and computershare have stuffed up quite a few HINs by way of typo. This may mean that you have been issued an SRN in lieu of the shares being applied to your HIN.
What you need to do then (real quick if you are trading on listing) is to complete an SRN to HIN form eg commsecs one https://www2.commsec.com.au/media/57736/issuersponsored.pdf
