Here's what I look at:
Good management, good potential product or land/location, low EV, good percentage of escrow of stock from pre IPO etc., Top 20 and who is in the Top 20 and that they hold a good percentage, any free float not at a heavy discount to IPO price and not too much, and preferably commencing something ie drilling for a mining stock.
