this is not ture, I am from melbourn, all landloard now is very confidence with the market, not willing to negotiate as they believe the market is going to turn around within the next 3 month, TBH, stock like ALO, its actually coming on the perfect time. there is going to be christmas, new year, international border open in Dec, people are desperate to get out the town, check their site, almost everything booked out, this is like a free promotion to them. and I am pretty sure they will be like this for a while. Looking forward to see they go to market.
