So, they've moved from a closing date of 9 March to 16 March to 23 March and now 27 March. Does anyone know specifically what their strategy is here? Are they attempting to defer the listing given the perilous market conditions, or have some investors managed to withdraw their applications and thus the IPO has 'fallen' back from being oversubscribed to now needing numbers? You would think if they were going to withdraw they would just get on with that already, but curious if anyone has spoken to Foster?
