I don't doubt the ASX would be likely to contribute some delays of its own, although that would typically not impact on the closing date of an offer, rather, it skews the listing date of an IPO. So the fact the closing date keeps getting pushed out is a separate matter, because ASX could easily just give them a 'TBA' on the listing date even if the offer closing date was complete. If it were an ASIC delay that could impact closing dates, but from what I can see via ASIC's register, there hasn't been any flag from them in their system around supplementary info, etc. I guess we are in uncertain times though, so who knows. If I'm not mistaken, there is a 3 month timeline from when the prospectus is first issued before a company needs to list or 'refresh' its documents, which would be around early May.
