Normally they are held in whicever share registry they used.
This happened to my ICE Ipo, my registration details and commsec details were different (missing middle name) so it didnt sucessfully transfer on listing but I requested the share registry (Automic) that had my shares to change my name and then requested a transfer through commsec.
If no shares are showing up and you didnt get a refund then its most likely your details didnt match up
