yes.. i believe the book was full basically on opening the offer... There was only 8mil to be raised and it is my understanding it was broken up between 3 parties with JP Equity being teh lead broker. Given JP Equity's history in the IPO's and raises it has undertaken, it would have been difficult to get any unless you were a client of theirs or somehow connected to the other parties (cannot remember their name).
100% voluntary escrow so the chjance are it shoudl do OK. In saying that FOS which I am still bullish about and have nearly doubled my holdings of since listing also had a 100% escrow and that is 10% down... but difference here is teh leade manager and the spread. Would be hoping for a 23 - 25c closing day 1.
