- NPAT does not factor tax at all in any statements due to partnership set up. This will heavily impact 2020.
- Page 95 shows that company's cash balance is only 32k. ARMnet just raised 699k for pre-offer capital raising to make balance sheet statement look healthy.
- Its not underwritten.
- The auditor's report prospectus is referring is not really audit report as highlighted in the summary by Stanley and Wilson on page 105.
- ARMnet is a set up to buy out Axcess consulting.
