IMO, the pre and post customer service is outstanding. just stating the facts.

I had tried TPG, optus, Telstra and iinet as my ISP. They are all terrible service provider.

TPG - stable, competitive price, but nothing wow people
Optus - expensive price, lots of limitation
Telstra - most expensive out of all those. Terrible customer service. terrible speed due to speed cap (especially at peak time)
iinet - similar to TPG, and the waiting time for customer service hotline varies from 10-60 mins

I am now ABB customer for almost 5 months, my experience so far is beyond my expectation. Very rare to have a company that can wow me

Service activate within a day, they do offer speed tier which other company didnt offer. But it always wow me with even more that I purchased. This is the speed I got now.
Exceptional service I would say, and their call center is based in Australia most importantly, not in Philippine or India with strong accent.

I will definitely keep an eye on this IPO.
