Also just called up as well, on hold to shitty music for 15mins and after providing my details, they told me I was successful in my application but couldn't disclose how many I got.
Letters and refunds (cheque) will be sent out Wednesday and will probably take a few takes to reach us.
I asked why customers who applied for shares didn't get them or have access to them prior to listing, they said it's because we are purchasing directly from the company rather than a broker?.... Not sure if it makes sense to me, or else why did I have to provide my HIN number.
