I’m one of the seed investors & and I don’t agreethat this IPO is “crazy” at all. In fact, I think given the level of technologybeing acquired, $3.5M is well priced. If you delve into it deeper, you willfind that the platform is currently well ahead of other systems in this space.Using AI, Robotics and having the ability to accept/integrate blockchain, AXSGroup is touting savings in the vicinity of 60% +, a reduction of human errorto zero and with seamless operations. They already have global momentum andstrong sales and with the new management team, I think it has huge potential. Ifanything, I believe they might be slightly undercapitalised for the rapidexpansion expected.
