No problems, The oppies will show in your Westpac holdings just the same as normal share. BHDO can be traded just like a normal share. You have till the expiry date to either sell them or convert to heads BHD.
Simple case to convert, you just email company and ask for form, fill it out and send off with the $1 per share conversion. Takes about a week and they appear in your account as BHD. Or you could sell them to me tomorrow.
