Interesting that they are only issuing 4,000,000 shares and everyone seems to be getting 4,000 shares each.
So did they have 1,000 applications and just decide to give everyone an equal share?
That would be strange.
I expect that they probably reserved 3 million for insiders, and probably only 1 million for retail.
If that was case, and they had 250 retail applications, then they may have decided to give every retail applicant 4,000 shares each.
Anyway, I've emailed Xavier to find out what happened.
