I’m with you, meghotcop. I am also a cyclist (only 4 bikes) and I have used bikeexchange to locate 2 of them. The site allows various sellers of the bikes to list their sales, the bikes are not sold by bikeexchange directly. Well, that has been my experience with their website. Recently, I helped my brother source a new bike via bikeexchange.com.au. He found that when he clicked on a bike, it allowed him to buy via click and collect. However, whenever he rang the store, the bikes were not in stock for several months.
Ultimately he decided that calling the stores directly, or visiting the stores was the better option.
There is currently a big shortage of new bikes available for sale. Without stock, it is difficult to see how the business can grow.
On the plus side, Wiggle are charging a large postage fee on orders under $200, so BEX accessories and clothes might do well if they can compete with Wiggle.

I will put BEX on my watchlist for awhile...
