A total spud. It's hard to fathom how a company that's been burning money for over 10 years can then raise a huge amount of cash, go public without changing the failed business model in any material way. Result = burn all the new cash, consolidate at 100:1, burn last remnants of cash, undertake a new raise and fall short significantly and delist.
