Henslow have also offered up MSR and CGR.

The new (unique?) mode of action is very exciting and has plenty of potential on a humanitarian side as well as wealth creation for shareholders.

I'm concerned about the patent profile and increase in directors fees... and extremely wary of the high capital raising costs.

I'm expecting to be able to pick these up post IPO at a discount - not sure of the time frame, but there is sufficient concerns to make me comfortable sitting on the sideline, before looking to accumulate and hold long term.
