I can't quite why no one is excited about this IPO. Trading on a price multiple of just 4 times, yielding 8.8% grossed up with 5 years of fully franked dividend in the bank. Operating for 2.5 years with 50% + annual returns. What is not to like?
There is no way this will go discount to NTA at IPO next Friday. What premium will investors pay?
