2. ESE Carbon are not even playing the same sport when compared to Carbon Revolution. They barely exist as a company, and they have to resort to photoshoping their wheel (note: not plural) on to photos of exotic cars. Carbon Revolution has OEM contracts with Ford and Ferrari, while ESE Carbon has 350 followers on Facebook.

3. Cool, you found the section in the 200+ page IPO prospectus where Carbon Revolution have to legally state their risks.
