I think I am right but could be wrong. There are many situations here which remain unexplained and the key point is the Board ultimately has discretion to accept and reject applications so a lot could happen.
I agree that if you only get an extra 900 that is not a good result. That suggests to me that anyone getting shares in the top up could get at least 10,000 shares to add to their existing holding, but it is not clear. So you would get 10,000 shares to add to your 9100 leaving you with 19100 shares. But it is not clear.
We will find out soon.
